Michel graduated as sound engineer in 1994 at the Full Sail Center for the Recording Arts in Orlando, US. He worked as assistant sound engineer at the Nomis Studios in London (Artists: Def Leppard - Squeeze - Chris de Burgh - Marla Glenn ; Producers: Pete Woodruff - Adam Mosley - Pete Smith). Michel went on to work for Teletota SA as post-production sound engineer on projects involving Buenavista International (Walt Disney Company) or M6 Television.
Since 1999, Michel has worked as assistant engineer on a number of productions so far including the following:
Britney Spears "Don't let me be the last to know" on the album "Oops I did it again" for Jive Records.
Céline Dion "If walls could talk" on the album "All the way" for Sony Music.
Bryan Adams "The best of me" on the album "The best of me" for A&M
The Corrs, 3 titles on the album "In Blue" for Atlantic Records.
Céline Dion, "Goodbyes (The Saddest Word)" on the album "A New Day Has Come" for Sony Music - 2002.
Shania Twain, on the album "UP" for Mercury Nashville - 2002.
